Duquesa Golf and El Hacho on the map

Load Google Maps to explore this area.

Duquesa Golf and El Hacho cover a broad hillside rather than one uniform neighbourhood. Gated apartment communities, townhouses and villas sit around the golf course and on slopes overlooking the marina, coast and Gibraltar.

The attraction is space, views and access to La Duquesa Golf at prices generally below the prime coastal markets farther east. The practical trade-off is car dependence: pavements, gradients and road layouts make routine walking difficult from many communities.

Buyers should compare each urbanisation independently. Community reserves, lifts, retaining walls, unfinished infrastructure, future plots, orientation and wind exposure can matter as much as the nominal golf location.
