Selwo and La Resina stretch inland from the coast around modern gated developments, golf and Selwo Aventura. The area has become one of Estepona's most active new-build locations, with sea-view apartments and townhouses on elevated plots. The trade-off is limited walkability and continuing construction in selected sectors.
