Families with kids has a great playground near by. Situated in an well known villa Area" Las Chapas playa " . The villa is in a one way street with very quiet neighborhood. We have a parking space inside the property for the car. Beautiful garden with Pool and Terrace with outdoor dining and lounge area bring you relaxation. The spectacular view from the roof terrace is the high light. there are sunbeds on the roof terrace and on the pool area. Inside you will find a cozy living room with comfortable sofa chairs and a sofa which can be sofa bed ( for kids only ) ,if more than 6 person arrive. Sofa bed for children , so max 6 adults and 2 children are possible - Wifi - fiber optic cable- TV corner with satelite TV. Right next to the TV corner is a nice little chill out area with soft seats to relax or for kids to play . The kitchen is very well equipped and the dining room has a very large comfortable dining table with elegant chairs. 2 bedrooms, sofa bed and one bathrooms are in the main building. We have a separate annex Apartment with one more bedroom and Bathroom..We have outdoor sofa and outdoor dining next to the pool area. For Families with baby we offer baby cot and high chair on request . All you need is in walking distance. Supermarket ,Cafe, many nice Beach Bars and Restaurants. On the Beach you have also Chiringuitos, the famous Southbeach - Bonos Beach Restaurants, Las Flores Restaurant and many more. You do not need a car.
