We are renting this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Torrenueva, Mijas Costa. The apartment is available for long-term rental (1-year contract) at €1700 per month (water is included in this monthly price), or for a higher monthly price, it can be rented during the summer months (minimum stay 3 months). The apartment is located on the first floor (the building has an elevator) and has been renovated and will be delivered completely clean. The master bedroom has a large bed and an open-plan ensuite bathroom connected to the bedroom but still sufficiently private. There is a modern ceiling fan and a radiator on the wall. The second bedroom has two wardrobes (one built-in) and a desk (the desk and/or one wardrobe can be removed). There is also a modern ceiling fan. Both bathrooms are complete with a shower. The kitchen is open-plan and completely renovated (there is no dishwasher, but all other appliances are included). It has a window and a lovely, unobstructed view of the surrounding greenery. The terrace is incorporated into the living room, so there isn't a terrace as such at the moment. However, the owners have permission from the community to place a table and chairs in the communal garden below the apartment for their use. The large south-facing windows in the living room can be fully opened. There are sheer white curtains that can be drawn back on all the living room windows. The living room has a large, comfortable sofa, a pellet stove, and a round dining table with four chairs. There is no air conditioning in the apartment. The view is beautiful, green, and unobstructed, with a glimpse of the sea. From the complex, you can exit directly to the beach via a private tunnel (the exit is next to the El Oceano restaurant). The complex features a large communal swimming pool, a small children's pool, and communal gardens. Since January 2026, the complex has been undergoing a complete renovation, with work scheduled to finish by the end of 2026. The complex will be painted white, so during 2026 there may be some noise, construction workers in the stairwells and hallways, dust, and the swimming pool may be temporarily unavailable.
