The property includes a private underground parking space in the residential garage and the urbanisation provides a small community swimming pool that is usually open from June until October but please enquire availability before booking as it may vary every year. Unfortunately there are no sunloungers around the pool. All in all, a lovely property for a perfect family holiday close to Estepona port and town. This property is located in a pleasant residential area between Estepona port and old town surrounded by parks, restaurants and cafes. It is only a five minute walk from the beach of La Rada next to Estepona marina and only 10 minutes from the town centre where you can find local commercial areas and Andalusian style tapas bars and restaurants. Several supermarkets around the complex such as Dia, Mercadona and Carrefour Express are all within walking distance from the property. Estepona marina has a variety of restaurants and bars available and a beautiful promenade by the beach where you can take long walks, roller blade or hire bicycles for ‌the ‌family. ‌It ‌is a ‌25 ‌minute ‌drive ‌from ‌opulent Marbella ‌and ‌Puerto Banús, ‌where you can find ‌more sophisticated ‌restaurants, high ‌end ‌shops ‌and ‌an ‌extravagant ‌night ‌life.
